Meat Orders and Availability

Lamb

Available fall/winter. Whole or half at $4.50/lb. (whole is about 35 lbs). Ground mutton and sausage often available as well.

Pork

Available fall/winter on pig years. Fed a mix of grains, garden produce, and milk. Sold by quarters, halves or whole. $2.75/lb.

Chickens

Happy, well exercised, and fed organic grains, vegetables, and even milk. $2.00/lb for meat birds (modern & old-fashioned); $1.75/lb. for stewing birds.

Ducks, Turkeys, and Geese

We raise a few birds each year. Ready in November or December. Fed organic grain.
